  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g spinach (frozen)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1-2 gogosari
  • parmesan race
  • 1 chicken breast
  • a little bit of oil
  • salt pepper

Servings: 3

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mini omelette and chicken roll:

Heat the onion and hot pepper, finely chopped, in a small tray in which we prepare the omelet. Beat eggs, add them with spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add the composition over the hardened onion and let it bind. Cut the chicken breast into slices and beat them with a hammer. Salt the chicken slices. I made 3 rolls, so I divided the omelet into 3 and I needed 3 slices of chicken breast. We wash donuts and cut them into slices. Spread 1 slice of chicken breast, put 1 part of the omelette with spinach on top, place a few slices of donut and roll, catching the ends with toothpicks. We wrap the rolls in aluminum foil and put them in a yena shape. Pour 1 glass of water and put in the oven for about 30 minutes. We throw the foil and put the rolls for another 15 minutes in the oven to form a crust. Serve with salad of vegetables. Good appetite !!!

These mini omelet with chicken and vegetables are great for breakfast or even dinner. I don't know about you, but sometimes I don't know what to cook for breakfast. I usually make scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs and when we want to pamper ourselves, I do French pancakes. However, sometimes we are on the run or I don't have the necessary condition to make a proper breakfast, so I use these mini omelettes with confidence.

I make 12 pieces, then I put them in the fridge and if necessary I just heat them in the oven. Add some fresh vegetables, tea or coffee and breakfast is ready. This recipe for mini omelettes with chicken and vegetables are excellent for busy mothers because they can be prepared beforehand and can only be reheated when needed. They are very good and cold or at room temperature with a slice of toast or a fruit.

What I like most about this recipe is that it can be customized extremely easily. We can put absolutely anything in these mini omelets. You can put any kind of meat you have left in the fridge, any kind of cheese or cheese and not to mention vegetables. You can add any vegetables you want, both cooked and raw. Peas, broccoli, corn, zucchini, green beans and any other vegetable you want. To prepare these mini omelettes with chicken and vegetables you just have to beat eggs with milk.

Then use a tray of muffins greased with butter in which we put all the vegetables and finally add beaten eggs. Put the tray in the oven and in 20 minutes these mini omelettes with chicken and vegetables are ready. Allow to cool slightly and carefully remove from the pan. If you have a sticky tray, I recommend using muffin papers. Serve these mini omelettes with chicken and vegetables to your loved ones and enjoy the result with them.

Omelette roll with cheese

Another appetizer very good and easy to prepare we present today in the hope that this recipe will be useful. We hope you try this one too rolls and you will like it like the rest of roulade presented by us. Here are some recommendations roulade appetizer you could prepare for New Year's Eve: rolled egg , cheese roll , pancake roll ,

12 eggs
greens (dill, parsley)
200 g grated cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 green onion
6 tablespoons oil
salt, pepper to taste

Peel a squash, grate it and put it on the fine grater, then fry it for 1-2 minutes on a spoonful of hot butter (oil can also be used). In three different bowls, break 4 eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste and we beat them with a fork. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to each omelet. In the first bowl add the paprika and half the amount of hardened carrots, in the second we add finely chopped onions and greens, in the third we add 50 grams of grated cheese and the rest of the hardened carrots.
Fry the omelettes successively in a pan in which we heat a little oil and then turn them on the other side. We take them out on a big wooden bottom and sprinkle grated cheese on top, we place the next fried omelette that we sprinkle again with cheese and we put the third omelet that will also be sprinkled with cheese. Place the three omelettes on top of a food foil and roll tightly while they are still hot, then leave them to cool for at least two hours.

  1. Green onions, wash, clean and cut into slices as thin as possible.
  2. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and then add the onion.
  3. Pass the cheese through a grater or cut into small cubes and add to the omelet composition.
  4. Grease the muffin tray with butter or sprinkle with a little oil, pour the omelette composition and leave for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.

✽ Add a few sprigs of green parsley in the composition of the omelet, together with the onion, to give a special flavor.

✽ Replace the cheese with Telemea cheese, if you want the omelet to be saltier. You can also add spicy salami, cut into cubes.

Nice message about Chicken breast roll with egg and ham & # 8211 Amalia. I am very impressed with the time and effort you put into writing this story. I will give you a link on my social media blog. All the best !

  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • coriander
  • paprika
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 bay leaves

Cut the chicken breast in half and then unwrap each piece as well as you can. This way we will get two rectangular pieces of meat that we beat lightly with the hammer of the slices. Salt and pepper the meat, sprinkle with spices and place boiled eggs.

We roll and tie with kitchen twine as best we can. Or we catch them with toothpicks, so that they don't fall apart when baked.

Put the rolls in a tray (I used two small forms of cake), grease them with a little paprika and olive oil, add a cup of water, bay leaves and put in the oven.

Bake the rolls for 35-40 minutes at 180 ° C or until nicely browned on top. We cut them only after they have cooled completely, so they will crumble. Use a sharp knife with a very thin blade.

Good job and good appetite!

Chicken breast roll with omelet

Even though many consider chicken breast to be fairy, even boring, I really like it. First of all, it is a staple food for athletes, and for those who care about their figure. Secondly, it can be very tasty, if you have a little imagination and cook it properly. I have an example here, this absolutely delicious and juicy roll.

  • a whole chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 eggs for the omelet
  • an onion, also for the omelet (or leek)
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • something white wine
  • salt, chest
  • spices: a tablespoon of paprika, 1/2 tablespoon chilli, 1/2 tablespoon oregano, 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme, a tablespoon of garlic powder, and if you have 1/2 tablespoon of onion powder

Two rolls come out of the quantities above, so if you want more & # 8230 increase the quantities accordingly.

First we make the omelet. Beat a few eggs, season with salt, pepper and I added a little curry powder, but it's optional. I cut the onion into scales, I hardened it, and when it was ready, I put it over the eggs and I made the omelet well on both sides. When it's ready, set it aside.

And now we move on to chicken. The breast is cut in half, in the middle: to be explicit for those who do not understand exactly, it is cut where the two thicker parts of the chicken breast join. Then, each part is sectioned transversely, but not completely. It should look like an open book. Put food foil over it, and tap lightly, spread out like a sheet (but not so thin). Or you can go over with the twister. Be careful not to break the meat.

The next step is to create the roll. Cut the omelet in half, and put one part in the meat. You can put slices of cheese or ham on top of the cheese slices. I think other ingredients are added, use your imagination. Carefully roll the roll and tie with string both width and length. If there are some ruptures in the meat, you can & # 8222petics & # 8221 with toothpicks, which are removed after cooking. Grease each roll with very little oil and put salt and pepper over it.

Mix the spices all in a mortar, and grind well, then powder well with the mixture of the two rolls. They are placed in a heat-resistant container, preferably with a size as fixed as possible for rolls. That is, if you make only two, in a cake pan for example. Whatever you choose, grease the form with very little oil, and put in it 2-3 tablespoons of wine and 1-2 tablespoons of water. Put the rolls and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. At the end, you can put a little grated cheese on top, and you can au gratin for another 4-5 minutes, moving the rolls close to the top grill of the oven.

I ate the rolls with a walnut carrot salad. It is healthy and very easy to make. Grate carrots, mix with very little oil (walnuts if you have it is perfect), add 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt and nuts (I put ground as these were available around the house). WONDERFUL.

Omelette roll with chicken breast and mushrooms!

Let's prepare a very tasty and unusual roll together! It cooks easily, quickly and disappears immediately from the plate!

-salt, ground black pepper - to taste

-½ canned green olives, without seeds

-200 g of Champignon mushrooms

-a chicken breast (boiled in slightly salted water)

-a tablespoon of fermented cream

-a few lettuce leaves

-1-2 tablespoons oil (for greasing baking paper and frying mushrooms).

1.Prepare the omelet: beat the eggs until smooth. Add the grated cheese and stir.

2.Cut the green olives into rounds.

3.Add the chopped olives, salt and ground black pepper to taste in the egg mixture. Stir.

4. Transfer the omelet composition to a rectangular tray (25 x 30 cm), lined with baking paper, greased with a little oil. Spread it evenly, arranging the olive slices at the same time, so that the top is straight and good-looking.

5. Bake the omelette for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 ° C.

6. In the meantime prepare the filling: cut the cleaned mushrooms into cubes and place them in a hot, oil-free pan. Fry them until all the liquid has evaporated, which they will release. Then add a tablespoon of oil and fry them for another 3 minutes, until they start to brown.

7. Cut the chicken breast, which you have previously boiled, into cubes or break it into small bundles of fibers.

8. Remove the omelet top from the oven and turn it over immediately on a piece of aluminum foil. Remove the baking paper from its surface.

9.Assemble the roll: evenly grease the omelet top with cream cheese mixed with a tablespoon of fermented cream.

10. Spread the chicken evenly over its surface.

11. Cover the layer of meat with lettuce leaves (washed and dried beforehand).

12. Spread the fried mushrooms on the salad leaves.

13. Carefully roll the omelet top into a roll.

14. Wrap the roll in aluminum foil, pressing it lightly with your hands. Refrigerate for about 2 hours to become stable.

15.Portion it and serve it.

You can experiment with the filling of the roll, adding pickles, lots of greens or other ingredients that you like. We recommend that you prepare it!

Omelette roll - VIDEO

In a large bowl, break the eggs, add the milk, salt and beat with a whisk until combined, then strain through a sieve to remove the chalaza.

In the bowl add the carrot, onion, green onion, finely chopped. Season with freshly ground black pepper and mix until combined.

Grease a pan with oil and heat. Pour a mixture polish and cook over low heat until semi-finished.

Roll the omelet in half and pull it in the middle of the pan. If there is not enough oil, lightly grease the pan each time it is rolled.
