1-2 pounds shrimp, shelled and cleaned

Add shrimp to a large plastic bag. In a bowl, stir together orange juice, tequila, mint and a pinch of salt.

Pour marinade over shrimp and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Remove shrimp from marinade and grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through. Depending on the size of your shrimp, you might need an extra minute or two.

Remove shrimp from grill and serve while warm.
