Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Asking $12.3M in the 90210

This Beverly Hills traditional owned by Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher is back on the market this winter with a substantial price chop. The property’s most recent trip to the open market began last spring, when it appeared at $14 million. Its ask currently stands at $12.3 million.

The charming estate offers a fine sense of cohesion, with the house sporting a stone and clapboard façade, and the rear developing beautifully into a leisurely and very private backyard packed with cozy design elements—a stone patio with a freeform pool and a stone bar, a set of steps rising to a plateau of lawn, a double staircase rising in turn to a covered porch, and another set of steps following the gradient of the property amid what is an intensely green and leafy landscaping style.

The back of the house is marvelously expressive, but controlled, and that design sensibility translates to the interiors, where warmth and period details are tempered with an understated hand. Hardwood paneling and wainscoting, keystone arches, French doors, oak floors, fireplaces—one with a dandy green marble surround—and the occasional ornamental flourish all strike the eye on a visual tour. The dining room puts the formal into the house most forcefully—it’s a neoclassical-inspired room.

The house contains five bedrooms, including a master with a fireplace and a lengthy window seat.

Kutcher’s upcoming projects include The Long Home, with James Franco, and Vengeance, with B. J. Novak. Kunis’ coming releases include Breaking News in Yuba County, with Allison Janney.

PICS: Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Selling First Home In Beverly Hills For $14m

Hollywood golden couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are clearly looking to move into the next stage of family life as they have put their first marital home up for sale.

The actors are looking for $14 million for the house which is located in the exclusive Coldwater Canyon area which has been home to A-list celebrities all the way back to Katherine Hepburn.

Tucked up in the mountains above Beverly Hills the house sits within a guard-gated community known as Hidden Valley which is why it must be so appealing to LA&rsquos elite.

Though the pair have made some very happy memories in this house, they are actually half-way through building a huge modern compound close by which has been years in the making.

This two-storey house was built in 1999 and described as &lsquotimeless traditional&rsquo with a mix of stone and cedar siding, and hand-crafted mouldings.

It boasts 7,351 square feet which are almost entirely covered by brown hardwood oak floors that complement the pale white wood of the New England exterior.

There are five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, with four upstairs for the family and one downstairs for a guest or staff member.

The whole house is decorated in calming neutrals even the bedrooms of their children Wyatt and Dimitri.

It is no secret that Mila Kunis loves to cook, and in particular she likes to whip up Ukranian recipes for her family.

The huge central marble island with a dark wood breakfast bar is the central focus for the family at mealtimes.

This also comes with a breakfast book and looks out to a family room with a fireplace.

From here there are French doors that open out on to the backyard which enjoys breathtaking views of the LA hills.

The gardens which are over half an acre offer a rolling, grassy lawn, and a pool, but most important in the hot LA sun, there is a spacious, covered outdoor area with a stone terrace outfitted with an outdoor kitchen, a bar, and dining area.

There is also a temperature-controlled wine room, sauna and gym to add an extra element of luxury to the home.

Ashton Kutcher Thought He Caught Mila Kunis Watching Porn—But It Was Bridgerton

Read this article before you start Bridgerton without telling your partner!

Like many couples, and especially during the pandemic, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have been binge-watching Netflix together. Talking to Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager on the Today show, they fessed up to their particular viewing habits and, yup, Bridgerton is included.

When asked which one of them is more likely to sneak in an episode of a show they’ve been watching together, Kutcher pointed to Kunis. When asked about the super-steamy series Bridgerton specifically, things got a little more interesting.

“Tell them what happened last night!” Kutcher said in the interview.

And Kunis did just that: “I’m on episode five, for anyone that has seen it, y𠆚ll are aware of what happens in episode five. I fall asleep by 9:30, I am out. It doesn’t matter what it’s on, I am asleep. Last night I stayed up ’til midnight. I was like, ‘What’s happening in this show?’ He’s dead asleep, wakes up in the peak of the fifth episode, and this might be TMI for morning, but he literally goes, 𠆊re you watching a porno?’ Like, he was so confused!”

Kutcher then interjected, “It looks like a porno that she’s watching in the middle of the night! I didn’t know what was going on. I was like, ‘Is somebody else in the bed?’ It was terrifying!”

But Kunis was watching for the plot, okay? She told her husband, quiet. This is the wedding.”

Kotb and Bush Hager then assured Kunis that the show gets better and promised Kutcher he will like it when she’s finished. “This show has brought a lot of couples back together,” Bush Hager said. Watch their full interview, below. The Bridgerton talk starts around the 6:40 mark.

Lucky for all three women, Netflix recently announced a second season of Bridgerton. (Here’s everything we know about it.) We cordially invite Ashton Kutcher to catch up on the episodes and get in on the fun.

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher went online to find their wedding bands

Mila Kunis shocked fans while appearing on "Conan" Wednesday night when she revealed where she and superstar hubby Ashton Kutcher picked up their wedding bands.

The Golden Globe nominated actress said Kutcher got her a "stunning, stunning, stunning" engagement ring, but when it came time to choose a wedding band she "decided to just get them off of Etsy."

"I've been talking to you for years and I've always loved the fact that you're frugal," host Conan O'Brien said.

Mila Kunis & Ashton Kutcher's Astrological Compatibility Shows How Good They Are Together

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher aren’t exactly "under the radar" as a couple. We'll occasionally see them on red carpets, our out with their two adorable kids, yet they've managed to maintain some degree of privacy. When you think about it, that's pretty impressive in this day and age! But, what can I say? I’m nosy — err. I mean, curious — so naturally, I wonder about their relationship dynamic. And since they mostly stay mum, I've turned to the stars to see what we can learn about Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher's astrological compatibility. Turns out, the answer is: A lot.

But before we get too far ahead of ourselves, here’s some quick background on this golden couple. Kunis and Kutcher first met back in 1998 when they starred on That ‘70s Show. They didn’t date while they worked together, but they did forge a friendship that would last long after the show wrapped. Both Kutcher and Kunis had highly publicized relationships with Demi Moore and Macaulay Culkin, respectively. After those relationships ended, rumors about a romance between the two began swirling in 2012.

Rather than opening up about their budding romance, the couple intentionally opted to remain private about it. As Kutcher told Elle, “You know, I've learned the hard way how valuable privacy is. And I've learned that there are a lot of things in your life that really benefit from being private. And relationships are one of them. And I am going to do everything in my power to have this relationship be private."

Seems like it was the right call, because in 2014, they were spotted together at a Lakers game, and Kunis was sporting an engagement ring. That same year, she gave birth to their first child, Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher. In 2015, the couple got married, and just a year later they added one more kiddo to their family, with the birth of their son, Dimitri Portwood Kutcher.

They seem to still be going strong to this day. And although we don't know too much more than what they've explicitly told us about their relationship, we do know that Kutcher was born on Feb. 7, which makes him an Aquarius. Kunis is a Leo, born Aug. 14. Here's what we can infer about their relationship, based on their zodiac signs.

You’re probably familiar with the idea that opposites attract, and that's just as true when it comes to zodiac signs. Aquarius and Leo are opposing signs, meaning they are six signs apart. While that separation could cause discord for some sign pairings, it actually makes for some serious compatibility in Leo and Aquarius.

They are a very exciting combination both are highly motivated and passionate people. They share a desire to make the world a better place, but, most of all, they are always up for new adventures and experiences, and really value that in one another. So, while in some ways they are very different people, they are actually very much kindred spirits in the ways that really matter . There’s never a dull moment with these two.

Leo has a tendency to need to be the star of the show, and, for many zodiac signs, this can be intimidating or grating. But Aquarius — who also appreciates the limelight — has the confidence to deal with Leo and also be their number one cheerleader. These two powerful signs also have the rare ability to actually avoid jealousy and really appreciate one another's success. As you can imagine, this is a rare and important trait for any Hollywood couple that hopes to go the distance. Fortunately for Kutcher and Kunis, the stars are on their side

Ultimately, they each have complimentary traits that bring out the best in one another and help foster personal growth. Aquarius really benefits from the warm-hearted generosity of Leo, which helps them open up and step away from their natural aloofness, and really connect. As for Leo, having a partner who is independent and self-assured like Aquarius helps them focus on finding validation from within, and not just rely on the adoration of the crowd. Most importantly, these two keep each other grounded.

While there are definitely areas where Leo and Aquarius can clash, like when Leo gets dramatic and Aquarius goes cold, this is a really solid pairing overall, which bodes well for Kunis and Kutcher. I don’t know about you, but I just love a happy ending. Let's all hope that's in the stars for this couple, too.

Remember When Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Basically Made the Same Movie in the Same Year?

Hollywood has a thing about making the same movie more than once. And often at the same time.

Over the years, we've watched as an idea takes hold of the town in such a way that films released within months of one another wind up competing because they're, in essence, telling the same story. In 1997, it was Dante's Peak vs. Volcano. A year later, moviegoers chose sides in the asteroid film face-off between Deep Impact and Armageddon. In 2004, the adventures of the president's daughter were top of mind in both Chasing Liberty and First Daughter.

It's a phenomenon known as the twin films, born out of a somewhat cutthroat industry that's smaller than you might think, where a pass on producing a script just might lead to the desire to compete with it instead. And it dates back to the late ✰s when Bette Davis, having been denied the role of Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With the Wind, reportedly sought out a film of her own about a strong-willed Southern woman set against the backdrop of the Civil War. And just like that, Jezebel arrived in 1938, positioned as a rival for the 1939 film.

While the twin film concept is nearly a century old at this point, we're officially a decade out from one of the most amusing examples of the cinematic coincidence. We're talking, of course, about the 2011 release of both No Strings Attached and Friends with Benefits.

What about these two films hitting theaters months apart makes us chuckle whenever we think of them, aside from the fact that they're both somewhat racy romantic comedies about two friends who attempt a casual sexual relationship, only to develop feelings? Well, it's the fact that each features one former That ❰s Show co-star and future spouse of the other, with Ashton Kutcher toplining the former and Mila Kunis the latter. (Even funnier? Kutcher's No Strings Attached co-star was Natalie Portman, fresh off her Oscar win for Black Swan—which co-starred Kunis.)

No Strings Attached hit theaters first, on Jan. 21, after changing its name from—you guessed it—Friends with Benefits. Kunis' Friends with Benefits arrived in July. And though the latter had to deal with the optics of being an imitator of the earlier, it actually won at the box office, taking in $1.2 million more than No Strings Attached when all was said and done.

At the time, Kunis defended her film's existence in the shadow of Kutcher's, telling The Arizona Republic, "A lot of romantic comedies or comedies in general, they have the same idea. It doesn't mean that you get from A to Z the same way. I don't feel like our movies are at all similar whatsoever. It's just two different movies. There's only, however Shakespeare put it, so many stories you can tell in the world. This is just one of the many."

More importantly, she would later admit to a bit of life imitating art. During a 2018 appearance on the podcast WTF with Marc Maron, Kunis said, "I did a movie called Friends With Benefits. He did a movie that was very similar called No Strings Attached. We lived our movies out. We were just like, let's just hook up. Let's have fun. We're both single. We both trust each other. Everything's great."

With Kutcher separated from then-wife Demi Moore in late 2011, he and Kunis—clearly neither holding any sort of grudge over their competing films—began dating in early 2012 and were engaged by February 2014. Daughter Wyatt Isabelle arrived that October. Kutcher and Kunis were married in July 2015, with son Dimitri Portwood arriving the following year. Talk about a true Hollywood happy ending.

Mila Kunis is probably banging Ashton Kutcher now

Here at The Daily Caller, it is our goal to help keep you abreast of who is banging whom in Hollywood.

These days, it seems that former “That 70s Show” costars Mila Kunis and Ashton “Douche of the Century” Kutcher are, in fact, banging each other.

According to the quasi-reliable tabloid “Life & Style“, Kunis and Kutcher recently went on a triple-date “with two of Mila’s closest friends and their significant others!” at the romantic Italian eatery Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles.

“Mila and Ashton looked very close, like a couple, and the mood was relaxed,” an “eyewitness” told the magazine. “They really stood out. It’s one of the most romantic places you can take a girl.” At dinner, the two reportedly drank wine — a beverage that is known to increase sexual desire, or in some cases, increase the desire to take a nap.

The romantic triple date comes after the pair were spotted buying flowers and doing other couple-y activities in the quaint little town of Carpinteria, Calif. in April, People reported at the time.

Also, this one time, Kunis and Kutcher were photographed together in the same car. And just last week, the pair were seen enjoying some delicious frozen yogurt in Encino, Calif.

The romance makes for a great tabloid narrative since Kunis and Kutcher played boyfriend and girlfriend on “That 70s Show.” Kutcher was even (supposedly) Kunis’ first kiss when it occurred on-camera.

Kunis told People about their first kiss back in 2001: “I was like, ‘Oh, he’s cute, it’s the Calvin Klein model,’” she said. “Then I was like, ‘I have to kiss him?’ I was so nervous and uncomfortable. I had the biggest crush on him.”

Kutcher is in the midst of a divorce from Demi Moore, 49, after seven years of marriage.

Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon joke about Greg Pence's no vote on solving Mike Pence's attempted murder

"Last night the House voted 252-175 to form a commission that would investigate the Jan. 6 Capitol riots," Jimmy Fallon said on Thursday's Tonight Show. "Not only did 175 Republicans vote against the commission, they also want to make Jan. 6 ɻring Your Insane Rioter to Work Day.'" The commission bill "now heads to the Senate, where it needs support of 10 Republicans," he said. "Come on, there's a better chance of 10 dentists supporting Mountain Dew Cake Smash." "Get this, Mike Pence's brother Greg Pence voted no," Fallon laughed. "People said, ɽon't you care that they tried to kill your brother?' And he was like 'No's before bros!' That will make for a fun family barbecue this summer: 'Mother, ask Judas how he wants his meat patty.'" The Late Show suggested this year's Pence Thanksgiving will be awkward, to the tune of Sister Sledge's "We Are Family." Apparently, "Republicans don't want to find out why they were almost murdered because it could hurt them politically," believing "a Jan. 6 probe could undercut their midterm message," Stephen Colbert sighed at The Late Show. Rep. Tim Ryan's (D-Ohio) explained his bafflement at this strategy on the House floor. "Wow, what an impassioned speech," Colbert marveled. "That guy should run for president." (The joke is, he just did.) "The new new thing in Washington now that's dividing Congress is the mask mandate in the House of Representatives — Democrats want it, so Republicans, naturally, don't," Jimmy Kimmel said on Kimmel Live. "It look a while, but we finally found the one thing House Republicans aren't willing to cover up: their faces. And the main reason these masks are still needed, the only reason they need them on the floor of the House, is because less than half of House Republicans are vaccinated." He explained how certain unvaccinated people are total "freeloaders." Jeff Bezos is auctioning off a seat on his Blue Origin space tourism flight, and the current high bid is $2.8 million, Kimmel said. "Who has $2.8 million and might need to get off the planet fast?" Maybe the rich guy in deepening legal peril. Donald Trump will "finally get to meet all the illegal aliens he's been screaming about," he joked. The former president's former lawyer suggested he'll feed his kids to the wolves to save his own skin, Kimmel said. "The saddest part is going to be when Trump forgets to pin a crime on Tiffany." Boko Haram leader behind kidnapping of 300 girls seriously injured after trying to blow himself up

The notorious leader of Islamist terror group Boko Haram, Abubakar Shekau, has been seriously injured with some reporting he is dead after trying to blow himself up, according to intelligence sources. Shekau, the man behind the Chibok schoolgirl kidnapping in 2014, tried to kill himself to avoid capture when a rival group supported by the Islamic State surrounded him on Wednesday, sources told AFP. In a confidential briefing leaked to Nigerian media and seen by The Daily Telegraph, the country's intelligence services said: "Shekau detonated a bomb and killed himself when he observed that the ISWAP fighters wanted to capture him alive." But an intelligence source told AFP Shekau had managed to escape with some men after the attack. In 2016, men from Boko Haram defected to create a splinter group, known as Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP). While Shekau revelled in indiscriminate brutality, ISWAP refused to kill Muslim civilians in a ploy to more successfuly recruit from local communities. Bulama Bukarti, a Boko Haram specialist at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, told The Telegraph that if confirmed, Shekau's death would be "a huge milestone, a turning point in Boko Haram's history." "If his death exacerbates the infighting, it means more killings on both sides and that would be positive news for counterterrorism. If his death leads to the reunification of Boko Haram, then it will become a unified force and they will continue to pursue civilian-friendly policy." The brutal leader has been reported dead several times in the past, but each time he has issued statements or videos to rebut the claims. The cleric became the group's leader in 2010 and launched a sadistic campaign of terror across the Lake Chad region into southern Niger, northern Cameroon and Chad. Hamstrung by low morale, a lack of resources and decades of corruption, the Nigerian military struggled to stop Boko Haram's advance. "Shekau defied the Nigerian armed forces for 12 years, if it's true it speaks volumes about how alarmingly powerful ISWAP is," Mr Bukarti added. Despite frequent declarations of victory by the Nigerian government, Boko Haram and their breakaway group, ISWAP, have proved extraordinarily resilient. Reportedly, the jihadists have killed thousands of local soldiers over the last two years. More than 40,000 people have been killed and over two million have fled their homes due to the conflict in northeast Nigeria. Fighting has spread to parts of neighbouring Chad, Cameroon and Niger.

"No! They're so not dating," the rep echoed to Us Weekly. "They've been friends for years. But she would never ever. Definitely nothing going on there."

A friend of Kunis also trashed the dating rumours, insisting she "would never ever" hook up with Kutcher.

Kunis split from actor and Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin in January 2011 after eight years of dating.

While Kutcher, who is currently in the middle of a divorce from wife of six years Demi Moore, has been romantically linked to screenwriter pal Lorene Scafaria, and Rihanna. The Rude Boy singer recently hit out at claims they are an item, telling reporters, "I'm happy, and I'm single."

As for Moore, she's back in the social media saddle.

After three months of radio silence, and a brief pit-stop in rehab, the 49-year-old actress has returned to Twitter.

Still using her "@mrskutcher" handle five months after splitting from Kutcher, Moore shared a self-snapped portrait with her 4.9 million followers on Monday, as well as the message, "Testing. "

In December, shortly after announcing she planned to divorce Kutcher, Moore explained why she was holding on to her Twitter handle.

"Changing my Twitter name isn't a top priority right now," she explained at the time. "Sorry it bothers so many of you. Should I not tweet until I do? Does it really matter?"

She then briefly returned to Twitter to add: "On second thought I'll just follow a new set of barbz. The ones I follow r very mean and ratchet. *side eyes them* *looks into the sea for more*"

Before pulling the plug, Minaj had vowed to get rid of the account after she blocked fan site, which she accused of leaking music from her new album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.

Minaj now has 30 days left to change her mind, after that her account will be deleted permanently.

With 11 million followers under her belt, and her sophomore album storming the charts, my guess is she'll be high-tailing it back to Twitter before you know it.
