I had 400 g of bitter chocolate, which I crushed, I poured a cup of cream on top and put it on the stove, over low heat. Stir continuously and gradually add the rest of the cream. Depending on the taste, you can add sugar, but I didn't add any at all and it was very good.
It is flavored with a little rum essence.
After mixing, leave to cool and then refrigerate.

I prepared this cake for my birthday as in the meantime I had tens of thousands of things to do, I didn't have time to complete the posting. And because the countertop contains nuts and cocoa, I also fit in with the requirements of Paula, the host of this month's Sweet Romania challenge.
So, first we prepare the countertop. We need 5 eggs, which I mixed well with 150 g sugar, a dust of salt and a little vanilla. After about 25 minutes of mixing, add 135 g of flour in the egg foam, sifted together with 15 g of cocoa, plus 30-40 g of ground walnuts.
Mix lightly, from the bottom up, with a wooden spoon and pour the composition into a cake tin lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 g, in the preheated oven, for about 30 minutes, or until the top passes the toothpick test. Remove the cooled countertop from the mold and place it on a cake rack.
mix 140 g yogurt with 50-60 ml raspberry syrup (I also put some quince: P).

Let's boil 200 g strawberries with 3-4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons raspberry syrup (we also put the syrup drained from the strawberries used in the cream) and bring to a boil. Moisturize a sachet of gelatin. Add hydrated gelatin over the strawberries and turn off the heat. Stir gently and leave to cool.
Then pour the jelly over the cake and let it cool again.
