Peel the apples, carefully remove the stalks and place them in the Crock-Pot slow cooker bowl, lined with baking paper.

Inside the apples, we first put 2-3 pieces of shit, so as to create a stopper, then we put a teaspoon of quince jam and again 2-3 pieces of shit, to cover the jam.

Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice and sprinkle cinnamon over them.

For the dough, rub the sugar with the oil until diluted, add the coconut milk, then the coconut, the essence and grated lemon peel, the baking soda quenched in a little lemon juice and finally, the sifted flour together with the baking powder.

We aim to get a dough a little thicker than the cake.

Pour the dough over the apples in the bowl and pour the bowl lightly on the table, 2-3 times, so that the dough is evenly arranged among the apples.

We put the vessel in the appliance, cover it with the lid provided, connect the Crock-Pot 4.7 L Digital slow cooker to the power supply and set the Low mode for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Along the way, change the position of the vessel in the appliance, make sure that the cake will bake evenly and wipe the steam lid that is forming.

If the preparation does not brown enough on the surface, the cooking time can be extended by 30 minutes.

I extended the time by 30 minutes, but I also changed the preparation mode to High.

After the time has elapsed, let the cake in the bowl cool slightly, then turn it over on the plate and garnish it with quince jam and coconut.

I can tell you that a very good and great flavored cake came out.

I hope you find my apple cake recipe filled with quince jam useful!

I used a homemade sponge cake top.
But first of all, the cream must be made, because it is necessary to keep it in the fridge for a few hours.
If possible, do it the day before.
I did that, I did it in the evening and then the next day I did the rest. This way, you get the impression that things are going much faster.

For a medium cake, I used 600 ml of cream.
Here I had a dilemma, because everywhere on the net it was stated that liquid cream should be used. but of which.
Then I took a risk and put 20 percent fat cream (Pilos) and it turned out perfect. A thick cream, but not as thick as some complained, that he could not put the spoon in it.
I had 400 g of bitter chocolate, which I crushed, I poured a cup of cream on top and put it on the stove, over low heat. Stir continuously and gradually add the rest of the cream. Depending on the taste, you can add sugar, but I didn't add any at all and it was very good.
It is flavored with a little rum essence.
After mixing, leave to cool and then refrigerate.

Xandrinne and her culinary deeds

I prepared this cake for my birthday as in the meantime I had tens of thousands of things to do, I didn't have time to complete the posting. And because the countertop contains nuts and cocoa, I also fit in with the requirements of Paula, the host of this month's Sweet Romania challenge.
So, first we prepare the countertop. We need 5 eggs, which I mixed well with 150 g sugar, a dust of salt and a little vanilla. After about 25 minutes of mixing, add 135 g of flour in the egg foam, sifted together with 15 g of cocoa, plus 30-40 g of ground walnuts.

Mix lightly, from the bottom up, with a wooden spoon and pour the composition into a cake tin lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 g, in the preheated oven, for about 30 minutes, or until the top passes the toothpick test. Remove the cooled countertop from the mold and place it on a cake rack.
mix 140 g yogurt with 50-60 ml raspberry syrup (I also put some quince: P).

Hydrate for 10 minutes 2 sachets of gelatin, in cold water (enough to cover it), then heat it in a bain marie, until it starts to liquefy (it should NOT boil!). We beat the foam 300 ml fresh. Well, here it is, I used a jar of sour cream: I mixed it with powdered sugar, to taste, and a little vanilla, and I got a whipped cream first :)
Incorporate gelatin in yogurt, add whipped cream, mix lightly. Put the top on a plate and place around it the removable ring of the cake form. Over the countertop (which I syruped with raspberry syrup) put some chopped strawberries and yogurt cream, level and let cool.

Let's boil 200 g strawberries with 3-4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons raspberry syrup (we also put the syrup drained from the strawberries used in the cream) and bring to a boil. Moisturize a sachet of gelatin. Add hydrated gelatin over the strawberries and turn off the heat. Stir gently and leave to cool.
Then pour the jelly over the cake and let it cool again.
This is what the cake looks like, after sitting in the fridge for about 3 hours and I removed the ring:

In the picture you can see another cake, fasting, which looks something like this:

It's made according to the recipe here
We also sing "Happy Birthday!" : P

7 reasons to meditate every day

Through meditation you can get to know yourself better and you will learn to adjust your reactions to the action of external factors. It doesn't just mean standing still and being passive. When you meditate you will be closer to your own feelings and you will learn new things about your personality. You don't even have to book meditation for weekends because it plays an essential role in the daily rhythm of life. It helps you to be empathetic and avoid depression or anxiety. Here are the benefits of meditating every day: 1. Become aware of your own thoughts Meditation will help you think more about the actions you take and judge rationally what you feel. Maybe on some days dark thoughts or worries make you perform actions automatically without paying attention to other things, but meditation takes you out of this state and promotes a return to the present moment, when you can reflect on what is happening right now. You can focus on the breath and you will get rid of the constant pressure of the things that are going to happen and for which you are preparing at every moment. 2. You will be less stressed. We are all affected by stress. A low level of stress is inevitable, but if it occurs all the time it will become toxic and can affect your health. Meditation helps you find the peace and relaxation you need. Inhale and exhale, focusing exclusively on the rhythm of your breathing and you will see that your worries and negative emotions will no longer affect you. Of course, the stress will not go away, but you will notice that you accumulate much less worries because you do not give them too much attention. Instead of ignoring them, neutralize them through meditation and you will feel better. 3. You will be able to better control your emotions You certainly do not want your emotions to be exposed to any external factor, without being able to do anything to regain your balance. Happiness, anger, sadness, anger, or doubt may be part of the range of emotions you feel, but that doesn't mean you have to accept that you have no control over how they evolve. If you learn how to react in stressful situations you will know how emotions work and meditation gives you the ideal opportunity to do this. The more often you meditate, the clearer your thoughts will be about what negative emotions trigger and how you should proceed to counteract them at the right time. 4. You will make better decisions As you become aware of your own thoughts, emotions, and actions, your decisions will be based on logical arguments. You will not be influenced by stress or difficult circumstances, but you will weigh things objectively to decide what is best for you. 5. You will slow down If you have become accustomed to always being alert, looking for new challenges, it is very useful to slow down this pace and learn to enjoy the little things. Through meditation you will understand that life is not a race and you will not miss special opportunities because you were in too much of a hurry to get other things. Meditation helps you not to have regrets and to live your life to the fullest. If you manage to reduce the agitation of the mind through meditation, all other aspects of your life will be ordered as a consequence. 6. It's free It doesn't cost you anything to meditate and you can try until you become very skilled. There are no wrong ways to meditate, and over time you will discover that this ability can be a fulcrum for all other aspects of your life. 7. You can practice it anywhere. It is enough to find a comfortable and quiet place and you can start. At home, at the office or on a meadow, there are a variety of places where you can try to meditate. It is important to feel calm and to be able to relax.
