  • 250 gr. - flour
  • 50 gr. - corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon - smoked paprika

  • Peel a lime
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 liter - sunflower oil

For the sauce:

  • 200 gr. - Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Chili ketchup or adjika
  • Salt and black pepper

Method of preparation:

  1. First clean the squid: slowly pull the head and intestines, remove the bone (plastic stick), also remove what is left in the squid and remove the skin. Remove the cartilage between the tentacles and cut them out of sight. Then cut about 1 cm ring squid. thickness, season them with a little salt and leave them aside while you take care of the flour.
  2. Put in a polyethylene bag that is hermetically sealed or in a bowl flour, cornstarch, smoked paprika, grate the peel of a lemon, the peel of a lime, season with a teaspoon of salt and grind a little black pepper.
